How The Deal works

No staged auditions. No pre-negotiated outcomes. Every episode is a real deal between Founderpath and an operator who actually runs the business.

Step 1

Nathan visits the operator

Every episode starts with Nathan Latka flying out to the founder’s storefront, kitchen, or production line to walk the business in person.

Step 2

Operator pitches their numbers

Founders show real revenue, COGS, margins, rent, and growth plans on camera — then make a specific capital ask with a clear use of funds.

Step 3

Deal happens on camera

Founderpath structures the offer live — term loan, revenue financing, or merchant cash advance. Founders accept, counter, or decline before the cameras stop.

Step 4

Capital wires after taping

After the shoot, the operator connects their bank, POS, and accounting data. Founderpath’s AI memo runs underwriting, and capital wires within 48 hours.
