Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions attendees ask before deciding whether this conference is the right fit.

PROMPT, also called Prompt Sessions, is a series of online investor matchmaking events run by Prompt Network Inc. It is not a conference with stages: pre-seed and seed AI founders are matched with early-stage VCs, angels, and scouts for private 1-on-1 video meetings of 10 minutes each, with no panels or keynotes. The organizers say it has hosted 900+ founder and investor sessions, and that startups average 6.4 investor meetings in a single afternoon. It suits AI founders raising their first outside round and investors who want pre-screened deal flow without travelling.
PROMPT is free for both founders and investors, according to the organizers’ event page. The catch is that it is curated rather than open: registering on Luma is only an RSVP, and founders must apply on the Prompt Sessions site, where seats are limited and applications are screened before any investor introduction is made. Check the upcoming events section above for the current edition and its application deadline.
PROMPT runs online, so there is no venue and no travel. Each city edition is a one- or two-day block of afternoon sessions, themed by sector. The 2026 calendar included Amsterdam on 30 March (AI and impact), Istanbul on 29-30 April (AI and mobile gaming), Berlin on 29-30 June (AI and SaaS), London on 22-23 September (AI and fintech), and New York on 16-17 November. As of October 2026 the organizers list Istanbul in December, Warsaw in January 2027, Lisbon in March 2027, and Madrid in April 2027 as waitlist editions. Check the upcoming events section above for confirmed dates.
After you apply, the organizers curate the list and match each founder with investors by stage, sector, and geography. Meetings are 10 minutes each on live video, and no pitch deck is required: founders open with the problem, their traction, and what they are asking for, then try to earn a follow-on meeting. The London edition in September 2026 brought together 18 founders and 21 investors over two afternoons, and the organizers say dozens of follow-up meetings were scheduled afterwards.
It is worth it only if you are a pre-seed or seed AI startup raising equity. Eligibility is limited to early-stage AI founders, so established SaaS companies with recurring revenue are not the target audience, and a 10-minute call is a screening conversation rather than a fundraise. The cost is a couple of afternoons and an application, which is low for the access. Browse our verified attendee reviews above to see how past attendees rated it.
