John CiecholewskiTop notch and surprisingly international for being in Texas. Everyone was so passionate about SaaS either operating within a company or supporting them. I learned so much and have many takeaways. Thanks for all the books!
Favorite speaker(s) · Adam Robinson
Paul Grim

Paul GrimVery good mix of bootstrapped leaders, venture-backed CEOs and public company execs. At first, it did seem that there were too many of the same speakers from prior events (eg, Chili Piper, PandaDoc, PARTech, Cognism, TimeDoctor, Cledara, etc.), but they were still good sessions. The new folks were all great additions.
Favorite speaker(s) · Adam Robinson from Retention.com

And everyone was pumped to be there and ready to share. You could tell everyone there is moving in the direction of success. 100% recommend.

Ashley Reina

Ashley ReinaVenue was great, food was delicious, contacts made were incredible. All in all such a fantastic networking event. There were too many concurrent evtns happening. And with no transition time difficult to absorb it. Also none of the table numbers lined up with the calendar events I was sent. So I didn't get to attend any of them... Met lots of cool people and had other conversations, but not the ones I was interested in.

Blaine Hatab
Blaine HatabGreat conference full of founders + CEOS. All of the talks are inspirational or have great tactical tips. This conference has such a unique blend of bootstrapped founders and venture backed founders that really makes it stand out. These are real entrepreneurs building multi million dollar businesses and aiming big.
Favorite speaker(s) · Founder of Surfer

Stefan SmuldersNathan Latka has done an excellent job of curating a tightly-knit conference. This was not the usual bla-bla about unicorns as the only existing norm in the SaaS industry, but how paths less trodden bring out outliers, and when they succeed, it inspires other founders to follow their path. No Boring Keynotes Only founders share real stories from the trenches.
Favorite speaker(s) · James Ski

Favorite speaker(s) · Anand Sandwal and Bridget Harris
Derek Steer
Derek SteerGood venue, but too many stages for the number of attendees -- individual sessions felt pretty thin. Vendors crammed into the hallway made it tough to get through or have a real conversation. As a speaker, last-minute changes in expectations made it a bad experience for me.
Favorite speaker(s) · Benn Stancil
Andy GauthierSaaSOpen exceeded expectations with relevant and interesting content. Most importantly, Braindates continue to be invaluable. Already looking forward to next year's event.

Casey GoldenI need more SaaS in my life and I've found the best way to get it. SaaSOpen did an incredible job putting the right people in the room and giving us the opportunity to share how we're growing and learning from each other.
Favorite speaker(s) · Thiyagarajan (Rajan) Maruthavanan
Luke Cooper

Luke Cooper- Physical space: felt open and inclusive. Lots of great snacks. Overall great space and very well done. Dope green room. 9/10 - Event set up: super professional; great AV teams. 9/10 - other stuff: networking is expected but speakers don’t want to get pitched in the green room. Also need to work harder to get a more diverse crowd. Why not partner/contact Black Venture Consortium or similar groups? 3/10 Overall 7/10
Favorite speaker(s) · Serge Barysiuk

Roland PolzinThis was an excellent conference. Many driven founders and executives in the SaaS space, totally enjoyable!
Favorite speaker(s) · Alina Vandenberghe

TJ WoodsLots of great talks, really like the 20 minute format, keeps it moving fast. Some talks are not that great, but 20 mins is fine, then the next one. Definitely a benefit over the 45+ min talks you see elsewhere. Good venue. Not too large, easy to jump from room to room. Good location in NY. Good quality wifi (this is a major plus actually, often it's terrible at events). Good food. Really liked the Nathan interviews - probably the best of the talks. Would ramp this up, do more interviews!
Favorite speaker(s) · Neil Patel, and all the Nathan interviews

Simren BhatiaOverall liked it, AC was super high on the founder stage and the food wasn't very vegetarian friendly. Other than that I enjoyed and will go again.
Favorite speaker(s) · Dan Martell and Neil Patel
Brad MillerGreat conference. Great group of like minded people

SaaS Open 2024 returned to Austin, Texas, bringing together bootstrapped and capital-efficient SaaS founders for a multi-day conference focused on radical transparency. The Austin edition featured main stage talks where speakers shared actual revenue numbers, churn rates, and growth metrics, along with workshops and curated networking events throughout the city.
