How Finch Integration Works

Step 1: Start Finch Connection

Click "Connect Payroll" in your Founderpath dashboard. You will be redirected to Finch's secure connection flow.

Step 2: Select Your Provider

Choose your payroll provider from Finch's list. Log in to your payroll system through Finch's encrypted interface.

Step 3: Authorize Access

Grant read-only access to company-level workforce data. Your credentials are handled by Finch, not Founderpath.

Step 4: Automatic Data Import

Finch pulls your workforce data and provides it to Founderpath in a standardized format. Most connections complete within minutes.
