SaaS Academy hosted a side event at SaaS Open 2023 in New York City, offering an intensive workshop-style experience for SaaS founders looking to accelerate their growth. SaaS Academy is known for its structured coaching programs that help B2B SaaS founders scale from six to eight figures, and this event brought that methodology to the SaaS Open community.
The SaaS Academy side event featured hands-on workshops covering the core pillars of SaaS scaling: building repeatable sales processes, hiring and managing high-performance teams, optimizing unit economics, and creating systems that allow founders to step out of day-to-day operations. Attendees worked through exercises grounded in real business data and left with personalized action plans.
A distinguishing feature of the SaaS Academy approach is its emphasis on accountability and peer coaching. The side event mirrored this format with small-group breakout sessions where founders shared their current metrics, identified bottlenecks, and received direct feedback from both SaaS Academy coaches and fellow attendees who had solved similar challenges.
