My Product Works Summit (MPWS) was a side event held alongside SaaS Open 2023 in New York City, focused on product-led growth and product management for SaaS companies. The summit brought together product leaders, founders, and growth practitioners to share frameworks for building products that drive acquisition, activation, and retention without heavy sales involvement.
MPWS sessions covered the full spectrum of product-led growth: designing self-serve onboarding flows, building viral loops into product architecture, optimizing activation metrics, implementing usage-based pricing, and converting free users to paid plans. Speakers shared real conversion data and A/B test results from their own SaaS products, keeping the focus on actionable takeaways.
A key theme of MPWS was connecting product decisions to revenue outcomes. Sessions explored how product teams can own revenue metrics, the interplay between product-led and sales-assisted motions, and using product analytics to identify expansion opportunities. Attendees left with concrete frameworks for aligning product development with business growth.
